From the moment we walked into the store we were met with the staff's nasty attitude when my boyfriend walked through the wrong door. They continued on for ten minutes mocking him immaturely and loudly in the store for us to hear. Then when we approached the register we were met with one of those nasty employees again when we went to pay. The cashier asked for my boyfriend's ID then mine, which was fine (because I understand it is law and store policy to check) until my boyfriend asked why when I was not the one buying the alcohol why my ID needed to be checked and she snapped at him on how she won't sell to him without my ID with the same nasty attitude we were met with when entering the store. The reason I found it relevant to mention our ID situation is because it was ironic that a man at the register directly next to us was able to buy a case of beer and a bottle of jack without his ID and was able to just state his birthdate without any formal proof of age.I am new to the area and this is my first experience at this liquor and it will definitely be my last due to the lack of professionalism and unpleasantness displayed by all staff present.

Very disappointed by the horrible customer service of this establishment. I am 25 years old and I’ve been shopping at this liquor store for years and typically they don’t even ask for my ID. I was shopping with my mother and my wallet was not with me.The dark haired white woman who acts like the manager was extremely rude and refused to sell us any of the wine we spent 30 minutes picking out. It’s not the fact that she refused to sell us anything since I, who was not even buying the wine, didn’t have my identification, but it’s the fact that she displayed such appalling customer service.The other staff were extremely nice, however, this particular woman is not only costing this store money but loyal customers. We are happy to take our business to Cask n’ Keg in the future.

If I could give this less than zero stars I would. I have lived in the area for 5 years and been to this liquor store many times. Today they wouldn’t sell me alcohol because my pregnant wife who is very obviously well over 21 and not drinking was with me and didn’t have her ID. I was told their store policy was everyone in the group needed to show an ID no matter who was drinking and I couldn’t buy it for 24 hours no matter what after they “saw me with someone.” Even if I came back, they didn’t care. If the person is a child, however, it doesn’t matter, because it’s a judgement call. Well, this is atrocious judgement. Apparently there’s an arbitrary 24 hours that I’m longer with this person and it’s okay again. Not only is that the absolute dumbest policy I’ve ever heard in my life, but I’ve bought alcohol here at least 15 times with my wife and other people and they have not once ever taken someone’s ID besides my own. In fact, they almost never even check my ID. Today I was repeatedly told everything I said “didn’t matter.” The manager gave one word answers and clearly didn’t care. There was no initial explanation until I asked and the remainder of the conversation was approached and handled terribly. All around awful customer service.

Nice selection and convenient as it's located next to a CVS. It's a place where you can go get adult beverages and aside from that there's not much else there.

Good selection, clean, organized and friendly staff. Prices were also good. I expected them to be higher like most places in Mystic are but this store kept it 100. I'll be back.

Oh nice place has a large selection of beer wine and liquor I was very surprised they even had what I drink Uncle nearest and they have the 100 proof would I come here again yes anything in mystic I would come to nice place the prices are reasonable
